On May 26, 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as: "GDPR" - General Data Protection Regulation), therefore we inform you about the processing of your personal data under the new rules:

3. The administrator will process personal data in order to undertake activities ordered by the Law Firm and conduct the affairs entrusted to it, as well as to archive the documents submitted and to contact clients.
4. The processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Administrator, as well as to determine, investigate and protect claims by the courts and will occur as a result of the conclusion and performance of contracts, and taking action at the request of the persons concerned;
5. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time; object to the processing of personal data; lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (https://uodo.gov.pl/pl/p/kontakt) about the unlawful processing of your personal data by the Administrator or transfer it.
6. At any time you have the right to modify the content of your personal data, change it, amend, rectify, supplement, limit the scope of their processing or deletion.
7. In order to perform any activities related to the exercise of your rights, as described in point 5 and item 6, please contact the Administrator.
8. Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to pursue claims, perform contracts, and this will take place in accordance with the requirements of applicable law.
